Course Description:
This course covers the project scheduling process and cost management.
Participants are provided with an understanding of the complexities of project scheduling
and learn
how to develop and manage real world project schedules. Estimating techniques are
presented. Participants develop a project network diagram; determine the project critical
path
and
resource level the project schedule. Efficient methods of updating the schedule while
maintaining control are identified. Project evaluation using variance analysis and
earned value techniques are covered.
